At SPAN, we help young athletes reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through faith-centered sports nutrition and mindset coaching, our coaches nurture the body, sharpen the mind, and strengthen the soul. We build resilience, discipline, and purpose so athletes excel on and off the field, honoring their God-given talents with integrity and confidence.

  • Our one-on-one coaching offers personalized, faith-centered guidance to help athletes maximize performance, build resilience, and grow in mind and body.

  • Our team workshops bring athletes, coaches, and parents together to learn strategies in nutrition, mindset, and character development, building performance, unity, and shared purpose on and off the field.

  • VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing for athletes ages 13 and up in Cypress and the surrounding Houston area.

  • We offer a range of resources to support athletes, including The Winning Edge book and workbook, The Winning Edge podcast, a meal planning app, a six-week nutrition education bundle, and a personalized 4-week sports nutrition meal plan.

  • Our speaking engagements deliver inspiring, faith-based talks on nutrition and mindset to motivate teams, coaches, and parents.
